Social and Behaviour Change Communications Manager

About the role

MSI Reproductive Choices is seeking a Social and Behaviour Change Communications (SBCC) Manager to lead the technical implementation of the five‑year, FCDO‑funded WISH2 family planning programme. The role will focus on delivering SBC best practice across six African countries, supporting women and adolescents to improve their sexual and reproductive health and rights.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute SBC strategies aligned with the WISH2 programme objectives.
• Coordinate with the global marketing team, technical services, project management, and consortium partners.
• Provide technical guidance and oversight for Lot 1 countries (Chad, DRC, Mali, Mauritania, Niger, Senegal).
• Report to the Head of SBC and Inclusion and ensure integration of inclusion principles.
• Monitor and evaluate the impact of SBC interventions and adjust tactics as needed.
