Warehouse Logistics Manager

About the role

Safricode is seeking a remote Warehouse Logistics Manager to lead and optimise its warehousing and supply‑chain operations. This full‑time position will ensure the efficient movement of goods, maintain accurate inventory, and support the company’s construction and real‑estate projects.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, and dispatch.
• Optimise inventory management systems to ensure accuracy and minimise waste.
• Coordinate logistics with suppliers, transport providers, and internal project teams.
• Implement safety and efficiency strategies to meet client expectations.
• Maintain clear communication with clients and stakeholders regarding shipment status.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics or a related field.
• Proven experience in warehouse, inventory, operations and supply‑chain management.
• Strong organisational, problem‑solving and time‑management abilities.
• Excellent customer‑service orientation and ability to manage client relationships.
• Prior experience in construction or real‑estate logistics is an advantage.
