Analyst – Financial Management (Kenge Cluster)

About the role

The Analyst – Financial Management will provide comprehensive financial oversight and operational support for the Kenge cluster, ensuring resources are used efficiently, compliance is maintained, and reporting is accurate.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor burn rates, conduct variance analysis, and produce detailed project and cluster‑level financial reports, including Field Financial Reports (FFRs).
• Lead budget coordination, align budgets with strategic priorities, and integrate data into Horizon and IMPAQ financial systems.
• Maintain audit‑ready documentation and oversee invoice processing, mobile‑money disbursements, asset management, and reconciliation processes.
• Support field operations through regular engagement, payment processing, and procurement review.
• Manage shared cost allocations, asset tracking, and ensure compliance with cost recovery and Support Cost Reallocation (SCR) guidelines.

Required profile

• First degree in Accounting or Finance; ACCA or CIMA qualification is an advantage.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant finance experience.
• In‑depth knowledge of accounting software (Sun Systems, Vision XL, Vision Executive) and grant/sponsorship accounting.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and World Vision finance policies.
• Ability to prepare and review financial statements, perform complex analyses, and work with minimal supervision.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
