Area Sales Manager

About the role

As an Area Sales Manager at Croda, you will lead domestic and international sales for our Pharma and Crop product lines within the Life Sciences business. Reporting to the Sales Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving growth across key raw material portfolios and expanding B2B opportunities worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Sell import Pharma, Crop, and Soya PS products to B2B customers.
• Manage domestic and international sales for new products such as Avanti Lipoids, Soya PS, Whey Phospholipids, and Krill oil.
• Oversee domestic client accounts and achieve sales revenue targets.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities both locally and globally.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or higher (any major, engineering preferred).
• 8+ years of experience in a related industry.
• Business‑level proficiency in English.
• Experience in research & development (R&D) or Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC).
• Proven track record in B2B raw material sales.
