B2B Sales Development Representative (SDR)

About the role

Trixo Solutions is looking for a B2B Sales Development Representative who enjoys generating new business opportunities and building long-term commercial relationships. The role covers prospecting corporate clients, presenting technology, retail media, trade marketing and point-of-sale solutions, and managing the full sales cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new corporate clients and set up commercial meetings.
• Present innovative solutions in technology, retail media, trade marketing and point-of-sale projects.
• Prepare commercial proposals and follow up on negotiations.
• Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, and maintain strategic client and partner relationships.
• Track and manage opportunities in a CRM and meet or exceed sales targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in consultative sales or B2B business development.
• Proven experience prospecting new clients and generating business opportunities.
• Valid B1 driver's license, availability for field visits and client meetings, and a valid passport.

Required skills

• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Proficiency with a commercial CRM.
• Excellent executive communication and relationship-building skills.
• Nice to have: experience in technology, trade marketing, retail, FMCG, corporate solutions, digital transformation or commercial project management.
