Branding Coordinator for Agent Network

About the role

Wave is building financial services to make Africa cashless. As a Branding Coordinator you will supervise agent network branding initiatives across Kinshasa, Bandundu and Kongo Central, ensuring visibility and activation as the business scales.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare supporting and branding materials for installation at each agent location.
• Recommend cost‑efficient sources and new channels for branding production and installation.
• Improve visual standards of agents (normal, premium, master) according to brand guidelines.
• Track progress and quality of agent network visibility in collaboration with branding partners, field sales and network management.
• Receive, organize and dispatch marketing supplies, manage inventory and prevent stock‑outs.

Required profile

• 2+ years experience in brand coordination, brand marketing or marketing coordination.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field (MBA preferred).
• Fluent in English and French.
• Creative thinker, strong communicator with project‑management experience.
• Experience in a marketing agency, telecom, payment service provider, FMCG or financial institution with successful branding campaigns.
