Chargé de réintégration – Beni, Nord Kivu

About the role

The Bridgeway Foundation is seeking a Reintegration Officer to support individuals returning from conflict in the Democratic Republic of Congo. Based in Beni, you will play a key role in helping clients rebuild their lives through family tracing, livelihood assistance, and community monitoring.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive support to returning clients during their transition period.
• Conduct family tracing to facilitate successful reintegration.
• Coordinate livelihood support activities and resources for clients.
• Perform follow‑up visits in client communities, focusing on monitoring and evaluation (M&E) activities.
• Document progress, prepare reports, and present findings to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in anthropology, statistics, development studies, economics, public health, or a related social science.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in community work, preferably with NGOs, donor agencies, or international organizations, including M&E.
• Fluency in English, Swahili, and French.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership abilities.
• Proven capacity to meet deadlines and work both independently and within a team.
