Concrete pump operator

About the role

We are looking for a professional, disciplined and experienced concrete pump operator to join our construction team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating concrete pumping equipment on site, ensuring efficient and safe delivery of concrete to the required locations.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and control concrete pump machinery according to project specifications.
• Monitor pump performance and adjust settings to maintain optimal flow.
• Conduct pre‑operation checks and routine maintenance of the equipment.
• Coordinate with site supervisors and concrete crews to meet delivery schedules.
• Identify and report any mechanical or electrical issues promptly.

Required profile

• Proven experience operating concrete pumps in a construction environment.
• Professional and disciplined work attitude.
• Ability to work safely and follow site regulations.
