Condition Monitoring & Optimisation Officer

About the role

The Condition Monitoring & Optimisation Officer will lead the monitoring of operating standards across BIA's aftermarket service operations. Focusing on fleet monitoring, processes, tools and KPIs, the role aims to analyse and optimise service delivery while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Support aftermarket activities in OEM partnerships and produce monthly service reports to meet OEM expectations.
• Develop, implement and track service monitoring KPIs to ensure compliance and identify deviations.
• Implement aftermarket sales tools and update Dealer Operating Standards in collaboration with IT, Sales and Operations.
• Provide training on optimisation techniques and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
• Collect and analyse data on service performance, customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Maintain SAP Fleet MasterData, create dashboards, monitor PPP service KPIs and manage contract calculation tools.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior management.

Required profile

• Technical degree (engineering background is a plus).
• Fluent in French and English (good knowledge of the second language required).
• 3‑4 years of experience in service monitoring, business optimisation or a related field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and SAP.
