Consulting Associate

About the role

Acasus is seeking a Consulting Associate to support its health and education reform projects in the Democratic Republic of the Congo. The role focuses on improving routine immunisation coverage by gathering field data, analysing information, and advising senior government officials and international partners.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and capture insights from field activities.
• Analyse data and other information to support decision‑making.
• Develop and implement strategies and new systems to improve project outcomes.
• Identify root causes of issues, construct scenarios and provide recommendations.
• Build and maintain relationships with senior government officials, international partners and stakeholders.
• Access and apply international evidence and best practices.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and French (interviews conducted in both languages).
• At least 1‑3 years of experience in management or strategy consulting.
• Proven experience working in the Democratic Republic of the Congo.
• Strong analytical, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Motivation for social impact and willingness to travel.

• Data analysis (e.g., Excel, statistical tools).
