Customer Care Training Specialist

About the role

CHANEL is seeking a Customer Care Training Specialist to elevate the quality of its client support across fashion, watches, fine jewelry, fragrance and beauty divisions. You will partner with regional and market teams to design, deliver and continuously improve onboarding and upskilling programmes for Customer Care agents.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and conduct training sessions and workshops for new and existing Customer Care staff.
• Develop and maintain standardized call scripts tailored to each CHANEL division.
• Perform regular contact‑sampling inspections to ensure service standards are met.
• Identify training gaps, propose improvement actions and support on‑the‑job coaching.
• Collaborate with Learning & Development, Retail and Regional Client Care teams to align curricula and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Strong experience in training, learning design or coaching within a customer‑facing environment.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
• Analytical mindset to assess performance data and translate insights into actionable training plans.
• Proactive collaborator who can work across multiple market teams and divisions.
