Director of Product - Agentic Hospitality Accounting

About the role

VectorOne is seeking a senior product leader to own the vision and delivery of an AI‑driven accounting platform for the hospitality industry. You will combine deep accounting expertise with product strategy to shape the next generation of autonomous finance tools.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary accounting subject‑matter expert for the design, development, and validation of the hospitality accounting product.
• Partner with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to translate complex accounting processes into AI‑enabled features and workflows.
• Define business requirements, compliance considerations, and industry‑specific nuances.
• Review and validate product outputs to ensure completeness, accuracy, audit readiness, and regulatory compliance.
• Guide the product roadmap, prioritize enhancements, and measure success against clear business metrics.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in accounting or finance within the hospitality sector.
• Proven track record of leading product development teams in technology‑focused environments.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts as they apply to financial processes.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with engineering, data science, and compliance teams.
