Director of Product – Agentic Real Estate Accounting

About the role

VectorOne is seeking a Director of Product to lead the creation of an AI‑driven accounting platform for the real‑estate sector. You will act as the primary subject‑matter expert, shaping product strategy and guiding execution to deliver a next‑generation finance solution.

Key responsibilities

• Define and validate business requirements, compliance needs, and industry‑specific nuances for the real‑estate accounting product.
• Partner with product managers, data scientists, and engineering teams to translate accounting processes into AI‑enabled features and workflows.
• Review product outputs for completeness, accuracy, audit readiness, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate directly with customers to gather feedback and ensure the solution meets real‑world needs.
• Drive the product roadmap, balancing strategic vision with hands‑on execution.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in real‑estate accounting and finance, preferably with exposure to AI or automation technologies.
• Proven track record of leading product development initiatives from concept to launch.
• Strong understanding of compliance, audit standards, and industry regulations.
• Ability to work closely with cross‑functional technical teams and translate business needs into technical specifications.
