Director’s Personal Assistant

About the role

We are a technology‑driven envelope manufacturing company looking for a highly competent and digitally savvy Personal Assistant to support our CEO. The role sits at the intersection of executive coordination and data‑driven decision making within an Industry 4.0 environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the CEO’s calendar, communications, and travel arrangements with precision.
• Coordinate cross‑departmental projects, ensuring timely delivery of strategic initiatives.
• Prepare and analyse data reports, leveraging ERP and AI tools to support decision‑making.
• Maintain digital workflows, document management systems, and internal knowledge bases.
• Act as the primary liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Fluent in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
• Proactive mindset with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Experience supporting senior executives in a fast‑paced, technology‑focused environment.

Required skills

• Solid knowledge of IT systems.
• Experience with ERP platforms.
• Familiarity with AI tools for data analysis.
