Distribution Administration Manager

About the role

Wave is scaling its user acquisition operations in the Democratic Republic of the Congo and needs a Distribution Administration Manager to support the Distribution (User Growth) team. You will handle administrative tasks, coordinate with distributors and interim firms, and ensure smooth operational flow.

Key responsibilities

• Support the user growth office and distribution teams, recruiting and managing distributors according to internal policies.
• Request, dispatch, and track distribution‑related supplies and merchandising materials.
• Develop and maintain performance dashboards, produce weekly/monthly reports, and identify data inconsistencies.
• Activate/deactivate distributors, verify attendance, calculate bonuses, and prepare payment files.
• Serve as the main contact for interim‑firm partners, ensuring contracts are up‑to‑date and payments are processed on time.
• Assist distributors with platform access, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide basic training.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in administrative operations, payroll or performance management in a fast‑growing environment.
• Proficient in French and a local language; English is a plus.
• University degree and strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience with payroll for 20+ people and knowledge of DRC labour laws is an advantage.

Required skills

• Advanced spreadsheet skills.
• Proficiency with Google Maps.
