Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Analyst

About the role

The Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Analyst will serve as the functional expert for SAP MM solutions supporting purchasing and procurement processes. Reporting to the System Information Superintendent, the analyst will help optimise organisational effectiveness by analysing business needs and deploying tailored SAP MM configurations.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and optimise SAP MM for purchasing and procurement cycles.
• Provide 2nd and 3rd level support for SAP MM incidents.
• Manage sourcing and contract operations in Coupa and data tasks in Winshuttle.
• Maintain functional documentation, including manuals, procedures and business rules.
• Design, execute and validate unit, integration and security test scenarios.
• Define and adjust user roles and permissions.
• Identify and implement business process improvements.
• Create training materials and lead user workshops.
• Act as the liaison between business units and technical teams for troubleshooting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of SAP MM support experience.
• Participation in at least one SAP MM implementation or migration.
• Strong knowledge of strategic and operational procurement, category and vendor management.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities.
• Analytical, autonomous and results‑oriented mindset.
