Field Operations Stock Point Officer – DRC West

About the role

We are seeking a Stock Point Officer to support warehouse operations in Matadi, DRC West. The role involves storing materials, picking, packing, and scanning orders to boost efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Lead inventory management and planning at the county level, control stock and establish stock points.
• Manage inbound logistics, receive stock at the point, distribute county‑wide and ensure last‑mile delivery.
• Ensure compliance with carbon registration data requirements at the warehouse.
• Oversee after‑sales service by collecting damaged stoves and delivering repaired or replacement units to customers.
• Handle asset management, including tracking assets, renewing licenses and managing rent.
• Provide daily updates and reports to the Field Operations Manager.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Warehouse Worker.
• Proficiency with inventory software, databases and systems.
• Familiarity with modern warehousing practices.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Physical ability to lift heavy objects.
• Diploma in supply‑chain management or a related field.
