Freelance Compensation Benchmarking Consultant – DRC

About the role

People & Partners Group is seeking experienced freelance consultants to lead a salary survey and compensation benchmarking project for leading organizations operating in the Democratic Republic of Congo. The engagement focuses on strategic roles across sales, marketing, supply chain, finance, and operations.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and validate compensation data for multiple job families and seniority levels.
• Analyze salary structures and develop benchmark reports tailored to each client’s industry.
• Provide insights on market trends and recommend compensation structuring options.
• Collaborate with the Operations Manager and client HR teams to ensure data accuracy.
• Support project expansion across additional African markets as needed.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering salary surveys, job evaluations, and compensation structuring in African markets.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently on a project‑based basis.
• In‑country compensation expertise relevant to the DRC.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
