About the role

We are looking for a Freight Officer to join our logistics team at UPS. The role involves providing administrative support to ensure smooth freight operations and effective communication across departments.

Key responsibilities

Prepare reports using various software packages.
Compile information from multiple sources for decision‑making.
Manage small‑scale projects related to freight processes.
Perform word processing, data entry, and document auditing.
Answer phone calls, distribute mail, and reserve conference rooms.
Coordinate meetings and handle other assigned office duties.
Handle confidential material on a regular basis.

Required profile

Strong organizational and administrative abilities.
Attention to detail and accuracy in handling documents.
Ability to work with confidential information responsibly.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
