French-English Customer Support Associate

About the role

We are looking for a French‑English Customer Support Associate to join our global e‑commerce team. In this remote position you will interact with customers via phone and live chat, providing clear, friendly assistance in both French and English.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver timely and accurate support through calls and chat in French and English.
• Troubleshoot customer issues step‑by‑step and guide them to resolution.
• Log every interaction precisely in our CRM system.
• Identify recurring trends and share feedback to improve processes.
• Collaborate with teammates to stay aligned on priorities and product updates.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify or similar support tools.
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems.
