French-English Customer Support Associate

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual French‑English Customer Support Associate to join our global e‑commerce team. You will interact with customers from French‑ and English‑speaking markets via phone and live chat, delivering friendly, professional assistance that builds trust and satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, accurate support in French and English through calls and chat.
• Troubleshoot customer issues, guide them step‑by‑step to resolution, and document each interaction.
• Identify recurring trends, share feedback, and contribute to process improvements.
• Collaborate with teammates to stay aligned on priorities and product updates.
• Represent the brand with professionalism, patience, and empathy.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online experience in customer service or a similar role.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, or similar support tools.
• Knowledge of CRM systems.
