Head of Support (International)

About the role

Geneva Call is seeking a dynamic Head of Support to lead and coordinate its HR, Finance, Security and Logistics functions in the Democratic Republic of Congo. Reporting to senior management, you will ensure that all support services operate efficiently and align with the organization’s humanitarian mission and core values.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, manage and mentor a multidisciplinary support team covering HR, finance, security and logistics.
• Ensure compliance with Geneva Call policies, safeguarding framework and local legal requirements.
• Oversee complex financial planning, monitoring, forecasting and reporting.
• Implement and maintain logistics and administrative systems and procedures.
• Drive performance management processes and contribute to professional development plans.
• Travel frequently to field bases to support operations and monitor implementation.

Required profile

• University degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
• Proven experience in humanitarian aid settings, preferably in Africa.
• Strong managerial experience with the ability to lead cross‑functional teams.
• Fluency in English and French (written and oral).
• Willingness and ability to travel regularly to field locations.
