Human Resources Supervisor

About the role

The Human Resources Supervisor will lead the HR team in ensuring smooth communication, accurate employee data management, and compliance with local regulations. This role combines administrative oversight with strategic analysis to support employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise all outgoing correspondence, internal memos and external communications.
• Maintain a systematic tracking system for communication management and ensure meeting agendas and minutes are distributed promptly.
• Manage and update the employee database, preparing monthly payroll, pay slips and coordinating tax obligations.
• Oversee renewal of short‑term contracts, expatriate permits/visas and ensure compliance with local labor laws.
• Prepare official HR letters such as promotions, warnings and end‑of‑probation notices.
• Conduct market research to select training agencies and coordinate training logistics.
• Collect and analyse employee satisfaction survey data, providing insights to senior leadership.
• Organise company events and assess their impact on employee engagement using reporting tools.

Required profile

• 3‑6 years of experience in Human Resources or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or a comparable discipline.
