Manager Product Innovation & Partnership

About the role

The Manager Product Innovation & Partnership will lead the design, development and launch of new mobile‑money products and digital services for the DRC market. You will own the end‑to‑end product lifecycle, from concept through testing, go‑to‑market and post‑launch optimisation, while driving rapid partner integration.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the mobile‑money product innovation roadmap and partner‑integration strategy.
• Lead a cross‑functional product development team, coordinating technology, risk, compliance, regulatory and business units.
• Design new financial products, conduct feasibility assessments, and oversee implementation and testing.
• Drive API‑based integration opportunities, reducing time‑to‑market for new partners.
• Create and maintain documentation such as business requirement specifications, change requests, product descriptions, data‑privacy assessments and testing packs.
• Manage the full product lifecycle, including post‑launch review and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience in product innovation and partnership integration within mobile‑money or financial services.
• Strong ability to work with cross‑functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Excellent analytical skills to assess product feasibility and market impact.
