Operations Manager

About the role

WASSHA DRC is seeking an Operations Manager to lead the execution of its solar‑energy business strategy. The role focuses on driving sales, controlling costs, and building high‑performing teams across operations, marketing, call‑center, and supply‑chain functions.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and continuously improve operational processes to meet company strategy, priorities, and targets.
• Define and deliver customer acquisition goals and pipeline development.
• Plan and adjust strategies using feedback from team leaders, marketing representatives, and financial data.
• Supervise team leaders, marketing representatives, call‑center staff, and supply‑chain personnel, ensuring effective field operations.
• Set sales and expense targets for the group, monitor performance, and implement corrective actions.
• Resolve challenges faced by agents and end‑users by coordinating with relevant teams.
• Recruit, train, evaluate, and, when necessary, terminate staff to maintain a motivated workforce.
• Collaborate with Accounting, SCM, Administration, and HR to ensure efficient operations.
