Partnerships Coordinator

About the role

The Partnerships Coordinator will support World Vision Democratic Republic of Congo in building and managing collaborations with government bodies, faith‑based groups, civil society organisations and development partners. This role contributes to the delivery of integrated health, nutrition, education and livelihood programmes across multiple provinces.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, negotiate and formalise partnership agreements that align with World Vision’s humanitarian objectives.
• Coordinate joint activities with faith‑based and community organisations to improve access to health and nutrition services.
• Monitor partnership performance, ensure compliance with national regulations and report outcomes to senior management.
• Support the preparation of project proposals and fundraising initiatives in partnership with external donors.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and capacity‑building workshops for partner organisations.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in partnership development or coordination within an NGO or humanitarian setting.
• Strong understanding of health, nutrition and community development programmes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑engagement skills.
• Commitment to World Vision’s Christian values and mission.
