Procurement & Logistics Manager

About the role

The Procurement & Logistics Manager will lead all procurement and logistics functions for ADRA’s five‑year Resilience Food Security Activity in Tudienzele, Kasai, DRC. Reporting to the Chief of Party, the role ensures timely acquisition of quality equipment, supplies and services, supports program implementation, and guarantees compliance with USAID/BHA regulations and ADRA policies.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee procurement and logistics operations, excluding commodity procurement, to meet program workplan timelines.
• Collaborate with the Program Finance Lead to keep procurements within budget.
• Coordinate with program teams to identify resource needs and prioritize deliveries.
• Ensure all activities adhere to USAID regulations, ADRA standard policies, and donor requirements.
• Lead and mentor the procurement and logistics staff, fostering a results‑driven, data‑informed environment.
• Maintain accurate records, databases, and reporting for all procurement and logistics actions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business management, procurement, logistics or a related field.
• Minimum five years of management experience in project implementation, logistics and procurement, preferably in DRC or other French‑speaking countries.
• Strong understanding of donor acquisition regulations and procedures.
• Fluency in English and French (speaking, reading, writing).
• Proven ability to handle complex tasks, prioritize multiple projects and analyze budget line items for compliance.
