Project Manager (3 positions) – Central Coordination Bureau

About the role

The Central Coordination Bureau (BCeCo) is seeking three qualified Project Managers to join its Technical Division. Reporting directly to the Technical Director, the incumbents will support the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects financed by the public treasury and international donors.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct technical evaluations of projects in line with established procedures.
• Monitor project execution and all activities benefiting from BCeCo funding.
• Participate in offer analysis commissions and related proposal reviews.
• Update project tracking documents, including progress sheets and dashboards.
• Prepare periodic execution reports for the project coordinator.
• Assist the Technical Director with any additional tasks within their competence.

Required profile

• Congolese nationality, maximum age 40.
• University degree (minimum Bac+5) in engineering, economics, management, finance, law, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of proven project management experience in public‑sector or donor‑funded projects, including a minimum of 5 years as a Project Manager.
• Familiarity with the DRC Public Procurement Law, its procedural manual, and World Bank donor regulations.
• Professional certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is an advantage.
• Fluent in French and English.
