Project Manager – Civil

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager – Civil to lead a building construction project in the Democratic Republic of Congo. The role involves overseeing all phases of the project, from planning through to delivery, ensuring quality, safety, and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely execution.
• Monitor progress, conduct regular site inspections, and report status to stakeholders.
• Control project costs, quality standards, and safety compliance.
• Facilitate communication between the client, design team, and construction crew.

Required profile

• Graduate degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
• Minimum 18 years of total professional experience.
• Proven track record managing building construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of civil construction, structural works, and finishing processes.
• Experience handling project cost, quality, safety, and client coordination.
• International or African project experience is an advantage.
