QA/QC Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a QA/QC Engineer to join our team in Kolwezi, DRC. The engineer will ensure that all mining and manufacturing processes meet the highest quality standards, supporting our EPCM operations and product lines.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and maintain quality assurance protocols across all project phases.
• Conduct inspections and quality audits to verify compliance with internal and external standards.
• Develop, document, and continuously improve the company’s quality management system.
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to resolve quality issues.
• Prepare and present quality reports and recommendations for process improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a closely related field.
• Experience in quality control within mining or manufacturing environments is advantageous.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively on‑site and in a collaborative setting.
