QHSE Manager

About the role

The QHSE Manager is responsible for implementing and monitoring the Integrated Management System (IMS) covering quality, environmental, health & safety, and business continuity standards. The role ensures compliance, drives continuous improvement, and supports the organization’s commitment to equal opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and monitor IMS (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 22301) and ensure legal compliance.
• Generate performance reports, analyse data, and recommend improvements.
• Coordinate training, audits, and inspections across all departments and sites.
• Manage supplier and subcontractor audit programmes and follow‑up corrective actions.
• Lead initiatives to reduce water consumption, waste, and improve environmental awareness.
• Act as primary contact for client auditors and ensure corrective actions are executed.

Required profile

• 6‑10 years of relevant QHSE experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% of the time.
• Strong independent thinking, diplomatic communication, and presentation skills.

Required skills

• Lead Auditor certification for QMS, EMS, OHSMS and BCMS.
• NEBOSH Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent.
