Registration Clerk – Kinshasa (Tshangu)

About the role

The Registration Clerk supports the collection centre by handling customer registrations and ensuring accurate administrative follow‑up of sales activities. The role guarantees that customer data, payment verification and product traceability are recorded correctly and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Register prospects as customers in the designated system.
• Assign cookstoves with specific serial numbers to registered customers.
• Confirm payments made through Mobile Money or bank transactions.
• Capture and record a product photo and QR code for every registered sale.
• Report any difficulties, issues, or incidents to the Collection Center Supervisor.
• Prepare and submit daily reports on customer registrations and completed sales.
• Maintain organized registration data and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures related to product management and traceability.

Required profile

• Minimum age of 20 years.
• High School Diploma (or equivalent).
• Basic computer literacy, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to communicate effectively in French and Lingala; other local languages are a plus.
• Own an Android smartphone.
• Punctual, dynamic, well‑organized with good administrative and customer‑service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously and work under pressure.
