Registration Clerk – Matadi (Kongo Central, DRC)

About the role
The Registration Clerk supports the collection centre by registering new customers, verifying payments and ensuring accurate product traceability. The role is essential for maintaining reliable sales data and providing a smooth customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Enter prospect information into the designated registration system.
- Assign cookstove serial numbers to each registered customer.
- Confirm payments received via Mobile Money or bank transfers.
- Capture and record a product photo and QR code for every sale.
- Report any difficulties, incidents or irregularities to the Collection Center Supervisor.
- Prepare and submit daily reports on registrations and completed sales.
- Organise registration documents and ensure compliance with internal product‑management procedures.
Required profile
- At least 20 years old.
- High school diploma (or equivalent bachelor‑level qualification).
- Basic computer literacy, especially Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Strong communication skills in French and Lingala; additional local languages are a plus.
- Own an Android smartphone.
- Punctual, dynamic, well‑organized with good customer‑service attitude.
