Remote Activities Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a full‑time remote Activities Coordinator to design, organise and deliver virtual and community‑based programmes that foster community engagement and economic empowerment. Reporting to the programme team, you will ensure activities align with organisational goals and meet participant needs.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a calendar of virtual and on‑site activities, ensuring relevance and alignment with strategic objectives.
• Design programme content, create workshop materials and facilitate sessions for diverse audiences.
• Coordinate logistics with internal teams, partners and external facilitators, handling invitations, platforms and resources.
• Promote activities through outreach channels, manage registrations, and track attendance and outcomes.
• Support training sessions, contribute to fundraising and outreach campaigns, and collaborate with mental‑health and elder‑care specialists to ensure inclusivity.
• Prepare regular reports, maintain accurate records and use feedback to improve programme quality.

Required profile

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage diverse communities.
• Experience in training, facilitation or workshop delivery.
• Understanding of elder‑care needs and sensitivity to mental‑health considerations.
• Demonstrated commitment to economic empowerment, community development or social impact.
• Organisational and time‑management abilities to handle multiple activities remotely.
