Remote French Bilingual Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are looking for a friendly, bilingual professional to join our remote team as a French‑English Customer Support Representative. You will interact with customers from French‑speaking regions via phone and live chat, helping them track orders, answer product questions, and resolve issues.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, courteous support in both French and English through calls and chat.
• Troubleshoot customer problems with a calm, solutions‑first approach.
• Document all interactions accurately in our CRM system.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Ability to stay calm and solution‑focused under pressure.
• Reliable high‑speed internet and a quiet workspace.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, or similar support tools.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce platforms and CRM systems.
