Sales Administration Officer

About the role

The Sales Administration Officer supports the Equipment Order Fulfilment team by ensuring that customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently. Working closely with sales, purchasing, logistics and finance, the role guarantees smooth order execution from entry to delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Verify all documents received for each order and record orders in the ERP system.
• Administer order lifecycle in ERP, including order confirmation, invoicing, and payment follow‑up with finance.
• Generate purchase requests and keep ERP data up‑to‑date.
• Communicate order status regularly to customers, providing administrative and logistical updates.
• Coordinate with purchasing, logistics, finance and sales teams to resolve issues and ensure timely delivery.
• Prepare export documentation in line with customer requests and Letter of Credit requirements.
• Escalate blocking points or hierarchy issues and maintain strong client relationships.

Required profile

• HSC+ Diploma in Business.
• Good command of English and French.
• 2‑3 years of experience in a similar sales administration or order management role.
• Experience working in international organisations, including remote collaboration.

Required skills

• Proficiency with an ERP system.
