Sales Operations Management Analyst

About the role

The Sales Operations Management Analyst will support the VB Commercial division by ensuring pipeline health, delivering insightful sales analytics, and maintaining high‑quality CRM data. Reporting to the Performance Manager, the role combines forecasting, reporting and presales performance management to drive revenue growth and informed decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and govern the sales pipeline, track conversion rates, aging, and stage progression, and lead regular pipeline review meetings to identify revenue risks and dormant opportunities.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, analyze funnel KPIs and win rates, and produce executive reports that translate data into actionable insights.
• Support forecasting and revenue assurance by contributing to forecasts, assessing accuracy, and building scenario models for revenue projections.
• Track presales performance, measure proposal turnaround times and technical win rates, and identify process bottlenecks for continuous improvement.
• Ensure CRM data integrity through regular audits, cleansing activities, and adherence to data quality standards across Salesforce/Dynamics platforms.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in data science, economics, engineering, statistics or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in sales operations or B2B commercial performance.
• Strong analytical, forecasting and stakeholder management abilities.
