Sales Representative – Lubumbashi

About the role

Etihad Airways is seeking an ambitious Sales Representative to expand its presence in the Democratic Republic of the Congo. You will own a portfolio of customers, build strong relationships across travel trade and corporate markets, and drive revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue and commercial targets.
• Manage and grow relationships with existing customers while identifying new business opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with travel agencies, corporate customers, and key commercial partners.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to pinpoint revenue opportunities.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline and progress opportunities from engagement to conversion.
• Negotiate and manage commercial agreements aligning customer needs with Etihad’s objectives.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and partners to develop customer solutions.

Required profile

• At least three years of experience in sales, account management, or business development.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales and revenue targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
• Commercial and analytical capability with confidence to use data and market insights.
• Proactive, energetic, and resilient approach in a target‑driven environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
