Sales Specialist – Heavy Equipment

About the role

Zoomlion is seeking motivated Sales Specialists to join its Heavy Equipment division in the Democratic Republic of Congo. The role focuses on promoting agriculture, construction and mining equipment, offering a solid platform to build a career in technical sales with a global machinery leader.

Key responsibilities

• Meet monthly sales targets and achieve pipeline and collections goals.
• Prospect, qualify and generate new leads for various product lines.
• Contact prospective clients through calls and visits to promote products and services.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
• Maintain and update activities in the CRM system.
• Participate in trade shows, exhibitions and industry events.

Required profile

• Minimum matric/grade 12; tertiary education is an advantage.
• At least 2 years of sales experience in the heavy equipment or yellow machinery sector.
• Technical aptitude for understanding machinery specifications and applications.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a commitment to excellent customer service.
• Own a reliable vehicle, laptop and cellphone.
