About the role

We are seeking a Senior HR Business Partner Manager to lead HR operations across multiple construction project sites and the corporate office of an international construction firm. The role combines strategic HR partnership with hands‑on execution in a fast‑paced, multinational environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement HR strategies that support project delivery and corporate objectives.
• Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, and development for both site and head‑office teams.
• Manage employee relations, performance management cycles, and manpower planning.
• Ensure compliance with local and international HR regulations and company policies.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, providing insights on workforce trends and risk mitigation.

Required profile

• 12+ years of relevant HR experience, preferably in construction or infrastructure.
• Proven HR Business Partner experience on both project sites and corporate headquarters.
• Background in international or multinational work environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership capabilities.
