Senior HVAC Technician – Lubumbashi

About the role

We are seeking a Senior HVAC Technician to join our After‑Sales team in Lubumbashi. The role focuses on servicing Daikin VRV and chiller systems, ensuring high‑quality maintenance and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on Daikin VRV and chiller equipment.
• Conduct system check‑ups to verify proper operation and performance.
• Provide technical support for complex breakdowns and assist junior technicians.
• Carry out equipment start‑ups following Daikin standards.
• Complete service reports and keep accurate records of all interventions.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience with troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing VRV and related HVAC systems.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC preventive maintenance and system start‑ups.
• Ability to diagnose technical issues and deliver effective solutions.
• Good communication skills and a customer‑oriented mindset.
• Commitment to safety and quality standards.
• Willingness to relocate to Lubumbashi.
