Senior Sales Manager – Central & East Africa (Telecom Operators)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Senior Sales Manager to lead business development and strategic account growth for telecom operators and ISPs across Central and East Africa. The role will expand Eutelsat’s footprint by building high‑value partnerships with mobile network operators, Tier‑1 ISPs and government stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and nurture new business opportunities in the telecom and ISP sectors across the region.
• Drive revenue growth through cellular backhaul, rural coverage, 4G/5G expansion and enterprise connectivity projects.
• Position Eutelsat’s GEO and LEO satellite solutions as preferred infrastructure options.
• Lead complex, long‑cycle sales negotiations and close high‑value contracts.
• Manage a pipeline of strategic accounts and coordinate with internal technical and marketing teams.
• Represent Eutelsat at industry events and maintain relationships with government and regulatory bodies.

Required profile

• Proven track record in senior sales roles within telecom or satellite communications.
• Deep understanding of African telecom markets, including mobile backhaul and broadband services.
• Strong negotiation skills and experience handling long sales cycles.
• Ability to work autonomously and travel across the region as needed.
