Service Agreement Manager

About the role

Epiroc is seeking a Service Agreement Manager for its Parts & Services Division EMEA, based in Kolwezi, DRC. The role is located in the Customer Center of the Field Technician department and focuses on managing long‑term service agreements with mining customers, ensuring operational excellence and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Develop business cases, proposals and negotiate contract terms; maintain accurate contract documentation and databases.
• Monitor compliance with contract terms, manage variations and claims, and track profitability (revenue, cost, margin).
• Oversee execution of maintenance strategies and monitor KPIs such as availability, utilization, reliability, safety and cost efficiency.
• Control budgets and forecasts, drive cost optimisation, support pricing and renewals, and produce performance and risk reports.
• Maintain strong client relationships, lead performance reviews and ensure proactive communication.
• Coordinate internal teams, ensure SHEQ compliance, drive continuous improvement and digital initiatives, and support 24/7 operational requirements.

Required profile

• Engineering degree (Mechanical, Mining, Industrial or equivalent).
• 5–8 years of experience in mining service operations and managing service or maintenance contracts.
• Experience with drilling equipment (Epiroc, Sandvik, CAT) is highly preferred.
• Proven financial management experience (budgeting, cost control, margin analysis).
• Experience working in remote mining environments, preferably in the DRC or Africa.
