Stakeholder Engagement, Events & Challenges Expert

About the role

NTU International is seeking a Non-Key Expert to support the Africa‑EU Space Partnership Programme. The role focuses on stakeholder mobilisation, institutional events, innovation competitions, outreach activities and B2B/B2G matchmaking across the Africa‑EU space ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Mobilise stakeholders and coordinate outreach across the Africa‑EU space ecosystem.
• Organise and support institutional events, innovation competitions and challenges.
• Facilitate B2B and B2G matchmaking activities.
• Maintain stakeholder mapping and engagement records.

Required profile

• University degree (minimum three years) in communication, international relations, event management, social sciences or related field.
• At least three years of professional experience in stakeholder engagement, event organisation or ecosystem mobilisation.
• Minimum one year of experience supporting institutional events, innovation competitions or matchmaking activities.
• Excellent command of English; working knowledge of French and/or Portuguese is an asset.
