Technical Program Officer – Remote (French/English)

About the role

MiracleFeet is seeking a bilingual Technical Program Officer to support its multi‑country clubfoot program across ten West and Central African nations. Working remotely, you will partner with the Technical Director and program teams to strengthen clinical quality, expand workforce development, and oversee research initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Technical Director in rolling out strategic workforce‑development plans, including pre‑service and in‑service training, mentorship, and capacity‑building activities.
• Facilitate the dissemination and adoption of best‑practice clinical protocols among providers and partners.
• Coordinate and monitor medical or clinical research projects, case studies, and learning activities.
• Maintain strong relationships with program staff, country teams, and global partners to ensure alignment and quality of service delivery.
• Provide administrative and project‑management support for technical initiatives, reporting, and documentation.

Required profile

• Bilingual French and English proficiency.
• Residence in West or Central Africa.
• Experience in health‑program coordination, clinical training, or related technical fields.
• Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
