Telemarketing Agent

About the role

The Telemarketing Agent will drive revenue growth by proactively selling RCS products to both new and existing customers. The role focuses on delivering exceptional service quality while consistently meeting sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with new and existing RCS customers through outbound calls.
• Manage and follow up on leads within the CRM system to maximise conversion rates.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of all RCS products, features, pricing and competitive advantages.
• Inform customers about product details and the application process.
• Adhere strictly to all regulatory requirements.
• Accurately record customer interactions and sales outcomes after each call.
• Achieve and exceed KPIs such as sales volume, QA metrics and lead‑to‑sale conversion rates.
• Assist with ad‑hoc tasks and projects assigned by the Team Leader.
