Warehouse Operator

About the role

We are looking for a Warehouse Operator to support our global supply chain by handling administrative tasks related to spare parts and order processing. The role ensures accurate record‑keeping, timely order confirmations and efficient expediting of parts to meet customer needs.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain records of customer proposals, capture orders and issue confirmations.
• Process purchase orders, sales orders and generate related reports.
• Review client terms and conditions and align them with Normet standards.
• Track spare‑part lead times and manage back‑order reports.
• Prioritise and expedite spare‑part deliveries, including rush orders and alternative sourcing.
• Analyse back‑order data, reconcile discrepancies and report to the Supply Chain Manager.

Required profile

• Experience in warehouse or supply‑chain administration.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple orders simultaneously.
• Good communication skills for interacting with customers and internal teams.
