Child Wellbeing Tracking Officer

About the role

World Vision is seeking a Child Wellbeing Tracking Officer to manage and maintain its Horizon data system and sponsorship platforms. The role supports the monitoring and evaluation team in ensuring accurate, secure, and timely information on vulnerable children across the cluster.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update the Horizon system for all ADPs, ensuring data is current and available for decision‑making.
• Support the Accounts and Payments team with profile creation, data entry, and document uploads in Horizon.
• Enter, verify, and validate child sponsorship information, generate system reports, and oversee system upgrades.
• Monitor security and risk management of child data and sponsorship records, ensuring compliance with audit requirements.
• Capture lessons learned and best practices with the CWB Facilitator and disseminate them through reports and stakeholder communications.
• Review and update cluster M&E databases, produce quarterly performance trends, and assist in process mapping and improvement.

Required profile

• University degree in Computer Science, Mathematics or a related field.
• Strong computer literacy with a focus on data management and reporting.
• Experience working with monitoring, evaluation or sponsorship data systems is preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Hands‑on experience with the Horizon application or similar data management platforms.
• Ability to perform data entry, validation, and system upgrades.
