DC Coordinator – Fashion & WFJ

About the role

The DC Coordinator will ensure smooth and reliable operations for the WFJ and fashion consignment processes within the distribution centre. Working closely with internal teams and external vendors, the role focuses on outbound transactions, inventory control, and overseas transfers.

Key responsibilities

• Execute WFJ and consignment outbound transactions accurately.
• Handle returns, reconcile them with physical inventory, and verify quantities, conditions, and serial numbers.
• Perform regular stock‑taking for WFJ and consignment inventory.
• Manage end‑to‑end operations for PR department products (FGPS) and oversee overseas outbound transfers.
• Request and monitor inventory adjustments for WFJ and ACC products.
• Monitor KPIs for WFJ and overseas transfers, reporting any issues.
• Coordinate with delivery vendors (e.g., Valex, Brinks) and issue vouchers.
• Support WFJ‑related projects, stakeholder meetings, and selected SPM operational tasks.
• Assist FA and WFJ staff during sales events and external warehouse tasks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Entry‑level to 1–2 years of experience in supply chain, logistics or a related field.
• Basic understanding of ERP/WMS systems is a plus.
• Willingness to work flexibly based on operational needs.
• Fluent English communication skills.
