Director, Services Business Development – Security Solutions (North East Asia)

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Director to lead Services Business Development for Security Solutions across North East Asia. The role focuses on expanding the portfolio of security and identity products, building strong customer partnerships, and delivering revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Drive growth of Mastercard Security and Identity Solutions, targeting both financial‑institution (FI) and non‑FI customers.
• Achieve revenue targets and support regional market expansion.
• Manage the sales pipeline for fraud, risk prevention, dispute/chargeback optimization, digital identity and cybersecurity solutions.
• Sell advisory, data‑insight and program‑management services alongside core security technologies.
• Collaborate with B2B marketing to execute demand‑generation initiatives.
• Act as the domain expert for security‑solution areas in customer engagements.

Required profile

• Proven track record in consultative B2B sales of security‑solution technologies to FI and non‑FI customers.
• Deep knowledge of digital payments, issuing, acquiring, and payment‑risk management.
• Strong network of target buyers and buying centers.
• Ability to work effectively in a cross‑functional matrix environment.
